Usually, this is a method that is done with a guide, whether in person or virtually. Guiding your relaxation and mind with smells, sights, and sounds to accomplish a clear mind.

 

Other forms of meditation include visual techniques, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and progressive muscle relaxation.

Each of these types of meditation has its own benefits and things that they focus on. You can decide which one will benefit you the most, this is a personal journey. The main goal of meditation, no matter the form you choose, is to calm, relax, and clear your mind.
